Excellent foot to sew leather, vinyl, velvet & velour, or other difficult fabrics. The 4 rollers (a type of bearing), on the bottom of the foot, allow the fabric to feed with the feed dogs, so it doesn't stick, like a normal presser foot would have problems with.
I purchased several on eBay, and am very happy with them!

Great high shank presser foot for sewing leather vinyl velvet velour with high shank sewing machines!
The black roller feet are excellent for leather, and for any super sharp stitch details, even for sewing ladies gloves. The single wheel allows for super sharp turns, and getting right up close to anything, even for piping. This particular set of single wheel feet, require the presser foot lift to be adjusted, because they are so tall, so you have to reset the presser foot height, for using the regular high shank feet, including the 4 wheel roller bearing style feet.
Having the capability of using the roller feet dramatically improves the function of your straight stitch high shank industrial sewing machine.
