Caswell Runyan Co. Perfect Sewing Cabinet with organizer tray, thread spool holders (note several are missing, I plan to replace those with replacements made from small dowels 
Tray has 3 "lumps" for one of the holes for your scissor handles, with room for thimbles, and needle threaders, or other sewing notions 
Tray is removable, for access to top drawer without pulling it to the front.

Sewing Cabinet is tiny, about the size of a very small child's dresser, or a lamp table, or bedside table.
The top thick rods are for rolls of cotton, wool, or silk, like those that were commonly used to darn socks, or crochet doilies, spoolpin covers, antimacassars, and other similar items.

Notice the nubs for the scissor handles, to help keep your scissors neatly organized. One of the large thread holding rods has a little damage, so is next to my shears, in this photo. The ends of the dowels are routered out just wide enough for the flat hooks to hold them, with a spool of thread.

Perfect Sewing Cabinet I had difficulty getting photos without glare, due to the white furniture and light carpet around it, and how dark it is, in contrast, plus how shiny it is!
